Are AI and storage included?
All plans separately pay for disclosed AI and storage usage that the customer authorizes. Exact rates and consent must be available before checkout; old signed agreements retain their saved terms.
Which features are available?
Customer-connected email sending, automatic visual comparison, live voice, accounting, bank feeds, QuickBooks migration, creative tools and autonomous agents are not available in this offer yet. Feature availability and tier access are shown before signup. Future accounting and migration workflows are not represented as working by these prices.
Does BlueTac manage more than shift replacements?
BlueTac brings scheduling, employee readiness, coverage coordination, timekeeping, route reports and client oversight together. Autopilot adds staffing forecasts. Features and communication delivery depend on your plan and connected services.
Will a call-out always be covered?
Your eligible backup pool matters. BlueTac coordinates offers and flags unresolved coverage to your designated on-duty team. A replacement’s acceptance is separate from actual attendance.
