Prices are in USD per company per month, before tax:
- Business: $99 a month, with 10 active employee seats and 3 office seats.
- Autopilot: $249 a month, with 50 active employee seats and 10 office seats.
- Scale: $499 a month, with 100 or more active employee seats and 25+ office seats.

When you are charged
A credit card is required before your 14-day free trial starts, and the first subscription charge comes when the trial ends. Your plan then renews monthly from your trial-end date, and a renewal that is still processing doesn’t interrupt your workspace.
Your first steps
- Add your sites, one at a time or from a CSV file (Moving from spreadsheets).
- Add your employees, one at a time or from a CSV file, and send their invitations (Invite your employees).
- Create your first shift in Schedule.
If you cancel
Your subscription ends when your trial ends, or at the end of the current paid period. Your records and history are kept, and usage you authorized before the end date remains payable; no refund or reactivation is promised.
Paying
Payments are handled by Stripe. BlueTac accepts credit cards only; debit and prepaid cards aren’t accepted.
