Service terms
Your company account
These terms govern your company's use of BlueTac from BlueTac Management LLC. The person activating a company account must be authorized to bind that company. Keep account and invitation information accurate, assign permissions carefully and use the service only for lawful company work. Contact accounts@BlueTac.com for account, billing or data questions. Business mailing address: BlueTac Management LLC, 2810 N Church St, PMB 881576, Wilmington, DE 19802, United States.
Plans, trial and billing agreement
Your selected offer, displayed rates and versioned billing agreement are shown before activation and form part of these terms. The new monthly offer is Basic $0, Schedule $1.99, Dispatch $3.99 and Autopilot $8.99 per billable account per month, in USD before applicable taxes. Dispatch is marked Most Popular. Displayed 49% introductory pricing compares those paid rates with standard reference amounts of $3.90, $7.82 and $17.63, rounded to cents; the references do not describe a price previously paid by a customer. Existing customers retain their signed prices, trial end dates, annual commitments and financial terms unless a separately authorized change applies.
New companies on this offer receive 14 days of qualified Autopilot features, 50 GB of included storage and one company-wide trial AI pool of up to 100,000 normalized BlueTokens shared by all users and AI-powered automations. This pool is not multiplied per account. No subscription or storage-overage charges apply during that trial. Exact trial and first paid dates are displayed before activation. Basic requires no card, remains free for one location and up to ten enabled non-client team accounts including owners and managers, and does not automatically upgrade or charge. After trial, Basic and Schedule require manual work and have no AI or business automation. Saved data and qualified manual workflows remain available within permissions and plan limits.
Paid plans require a validated credit card and the subscribing owner’s express billing authorization. Each distinct owner, manager, employee or client account enabled during the paid part of a UTC calendar month counts once at its agreed full monthly rate, even if later disabled. Re-enabling that account does not count it again. AI allowances and pack expiry also use UTC billing months. New annual checkout is unavailable. Monthly signup and plan selection are self-service. Included per-account AI allowances continue as the company grows, without a company-size negotiation cutoff.
The billing agreement explains authorized excess storage, taxes, cancellation and the disclosed annual account/storage adjustment. Included storage is Basic 1 GB, Schedule 5 GB, Dispatch 20 GB and Autopilot 50 GB. Existing custom storage agreements keep their saved allowances. Authorized paid-plan excess storage is $0.20 per GB per UTC calendar month measured from actual excess byte-time. Original files count once; retained generated files and measured company records count toward company storage. Basic uploads pause at its included allowance and do not silently authorize paid storage or delete saved data. Cancel during the trial before its displayed end to avoid starting the selected paid plan. Existing authorized charges remain due.
Operations and employer responsibilities
BlueTac provides scheduling and operations software. Automatic workflows use the company's configured rules and available eligible workforce; BlueTac cannot guarantee a replacement, attendance, message receipt, a duty-free break or uninterrupted coverage. Companies must designate an accountable person for unresolved risks and keep contact, availability and qualification records current.
The company remains responsible for employment decisions, licensing, supervision, wages, time approvals, payroll filings, tax obligations, required workplace notices and lawful break coverage. Timekeeping and payroll exports do not mean BlueTac runs payroll. A schedule, AI suggestion, policy acknowledgement or recorded duration is not a legal determination or a waiver of employee rights. Employees must be able to report actual work and missed or interrupted breaks accurately; preserve original records and corrections.
Company data and processing instructions
The company retains its rights in the records and media it supplies and gives BlueTac permission to host, process, transmit and retrieve them as needed to provide the selected service, support, security and lawful retention. The company must have authority to supply personal information and media and provide required notices to its employees and clients. BlueTac processes workplace data under those service instructions, restricts use to the disclosed purposes and uses configured providers described in the Privacy notice.
Do not upload unlawful material, another company's private data without authority, credentials unrelated to the service or files intended to compromise systems. Employment-document uploads support relevant document formats; raw photo and video files belong in the authorized report workflow rather than private employment-document uploads. BlueTac's work assistant is restricted to supported company tasks; it does not replace an employer's judgment or authorize changes beyond the user's role.
CRM contract estimates use the company’s entered wage, overtime, relief, burden and other cost assumptions. Saved job-listing evidence is limited to the provided sources and dates; a limited sample is not a verified local wage survey. National, local and premium competitor scenarios do not establish actual competitor bids. The company decides its contract prices and validates costs before issuing a proposal. Saved quote versions, archived CRM records, retained research and private CRM attachments count toward company storage. Internal indexes and BlueTac backup copies do not count again.
Access, retention and cancellation
Company administrators control their own users, sites and permitted client access. Organization separation applies even when the underlying storage provider is shared. Retention settings, legal holds and record-preservation duties can continue after an employee is terminated or a subscription ends. Keep independent copies of records your company must retain. Subscription cancellation follows the accepted billing agreement and does not automatically erase data or waive usage already incurred.
The subscribing owner can obtain a company-data export through the account-recovery flow. Original-file access depends on retained records and authorized storage being available. We will not represent a metadata-only export as a backup of every original attachment. Requests to erase records are subject to required retention, security and dispute obligations, and the Privacy notice.
Availability and changes
Only configured and enabled features are supplied. Public previews may include clearly identified fictional or pending integrations. Connections to email, storage, payment and AI providers can fail or be revoked; the company must respond to relevant service warnings and operational exceptions. Do not rely on BlueTac as an emergency response service.
Material changes to these service terms will be disclosed with any notice or consent required by applicable law. The accepted billing agreement controls subscription rates and annual pricing notices. Nothing in these terms removes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded. Additional written terms may be needed for a particular enterprise deployment or jurisdiction before activation.
BlueTac AI usage pricing
BlueTac AI usage pricing uses 2× the published GPT-6 Astra Standard token rates in the agreed price version regardless of the model actually used. Regular input is $20, cached input $2, cache writes $25 and output including reasoning $100 per million tokens. Above 272,000 input tokens, rates for the whole request are $40, $4, $50 and $150 respectively. This is the agreed BlueTac service price.
Blue selects an appropriate model at medium reasoning and may escalate an individual request. Every API call used for the task is metered, including initial assessment and escalation. Company AI-powered automations are included. Ordinary non-AI work, public demo use and BlueTac internal operations are excluded from customer AI charges.
A validated credit card and explicit current usage consent are required. Paid AI usage can start during the subscription trial. There is no fixed request quota for an authorized paid company; provider capacity and security constraints apply. Usage is aggregated monthly, rounded once to cents and itemized, with no per-request minimum. Disable future paid AI in Settings; consumed usage remains due even if an app action fails.
AI rates are excluded from the automatic 5% annual adjustment. A different BlueTac AI price schedule requires a new disclosed version and consent. Applicable taxes are separate. Additional paid services or fees outside the displayed account, storage, AI and tax charges require separate authorization.
BlueTokens and optional one-time packs
Dispatch includes 10,000 and Autopilot 50,000 monthly BlueTokens per billable account, pooled company-wide without a company-size negotiation cutoff. BlueTokens are normalized BlueTac AI usage credits, not raw model tokens. Only actual AI work consumes credits; deterministic scheduling or manual entry does not. Included and purchased credits are used before separately authorized raw overage. Unknown usage stays reserved for reconciliation without guessed charges or free duplicate retries.
Optional Boost provides 100,000 BlueTokens for $12, Scale 500,000 for $49 and Surge 2,000,000 for $149. Every purchase is separately reviewed and confirmed. Packs do not renew, do not authorize automatic top-ups, expire at the end of the purchase UTC billing month and do not roll over; the exact expiry is shown before payment and in usage controls. A checkout return or pending payment is not verified credit. Refunds remove associated credits and spent/refunded amounts may require review. Refund and dispute exceptions are held for reconciliation rather than guessed.
Raw overage is $15 per 100,000 normalized BlueTokens only when the primary subscribing owner separately accepts the current versioned usage terms and has an eligible plan and validated credit card. Viewing a page, starting the trial or accepting subscription terms alone does not authorize overage or a top-up. The owner can revoke future overage in billing controls, including when the plan becomes inactive; already incurred authorized charges remain payable. Requests pause before exceeding funded credits when overage is off. Usage is rounded once on the monthly statement; pending reservations are not guessed charges.
Qualified launch features and unavailable capabilities
The offered staffing service includes qualified scheduling, rule-checked replacement coordination on eligible plans, employee and client permissions, time and break records, reports, private files, CRM records and qualified text AI. Results and notifications depend on eligibility, company configuration and connected services; no replacement acceptance guarantees attendance. Basic and Schedule retain qualified manual workflows after their trial.
Customer-connected email sending, automatic visual comparison, live voice, accounting, bank feeds, QuickBooks migration, creative tools and autonomous agents are not available in this offer yet. Quote/PDF and email draft preparation does not send customer email. Demonstrations use fictional records and do not create customer accounts, charges, work attendance, messages or verified usage. BlueTac does not promise quantified time savings or enterprise-scale capacity without the relevant evidence.

Plans, trial and billing agreement
Your selected plan, displayed rates and versioned billing agreement are shown before activation and form part of these terms. Every new company receives two calendar months of Autopilot features. Basic then remains free for one location and up to ten enabled team accounts, without a card, automatic charge or automatic paid upgrade. Basic's scheduling and call-out handling are manual after the trial. Paid plans require a validated credit card and the owner's express billing authorization.
The billing agreement explains distinct enabled accounts, actual time-prorated storage overage, applicable taxes, annual commitments, cancellation and the disclosed annual rate-adjustment policy. Routine usage changes are charged only under the accepted agreement and verified payment configuration. A demo, quote or checkout return URL does not itself establish a paid subscription. A new paid service or rate outside the agreed adjustment policy requires the appropriate authorization.
